I had the same problem on this past Saturday.  Two or three times I called
(hardware call), got the message that all the engineers were busy helping
others, blah, blah then I got that fast busy signal-like sound.  Finally had
to choose an altogether different option to speak to a non-hp3000 guy, but
he was able to put me through.

Ok... Am I crazy today (why should today be any different!). I have tried to
contact the response center 3 times now and each time I have been
disconnected.
Is anyone else having this same problem today? And when did they change the
options?
