Tony,

I had this problem when you were helping me last summer. The fully qualified file was
the log file specification. Restore all of your files (I hope they are in some group
with DBE or some such in the group name) to the new account and purge the log files
(MPEX, as they are privileged) and execute a new log procedure in ISQL. Here's an
example, if self-evident to an experienced user like you:

START DBE 'PHCSDBE' NEWLOG
LOG DBEFILE DBELOG1
    WITH PAGES = 10000,
    NAME = 'PHCLOG1.DBE';
EXIT;
