I just received my 7.0 CSPP tapes without any manuals or CDs. Last year they
shipped the Instant Information and PDF CDs with the tapes after several phone
calls. I guess I have to go through the same phone exercise, again. I called the
CSPP hot line. They said to download everything off their web site because they
are not shipping the CDs. That's thousands of pages! Customers get them. It's
impossible to do an install without manual. Any other CSPP member having the
same problem? Let's let CSPP know this is unacceptable.
