WINGSPAN, A Windowing Environment for Terminals

This developer's tool is designed to provide a user interface that permits
information windows to be painted and manipulated on a regular terminal
screen. Its consistency across the MPE V, MPE/iX, HP-UX, AIX, SCO, and
MS-DOS operating system environments allows the developer to present the
user with a PC-like display while conserving the investment in coding. With
WINGSPAN, a software developer can achieve a consistent presentation style
on multiple hardware platforms.
