Not a whole lot, actually.  The -A will include all files on volumes
that have any system files; which should almost certainly be vg00.  And
I'm pretty sure that the device is 0mn by default.  If vg00 is the only
volume group you've got, that should get everything.

I'd also recommend forcing the tape to interactive (-I on at least
make_tape_recovery) so that you don't have to worry about catching the
machine in those 10 seconds to make sure it does what you want.  You can
pop the tape in and leave it alone for a while.
