Hmmmm... if 256x printers work fine via JetDirect boxes (you are using RS-232
in the 256x printers right? Not the ever elusive Parallel int boards?)...
then I suspect that other RS-232 PCL type printers will also work just fine.
Specifically I'm thinking of 293x printers.  Any experience with them via
JetDirect?
