The client I work for is using MBFOSTER ODBC tools.  I made a change to one
data dictionary and now the tool will not work for any of the accounts with
data dictionaries.  The error we are getting is Can't open PDL Dictionary
(dictionary name) check version setvar.

Does anybody have any ideas?
