Let me make an administrivial suggestion when making a URL reference such as the
above that you make it a "fully-qualified" URL, that is, include 'http:' in front
for the benefit of those using Netscape or other URL-aware browser, mail or news
reader (they actually produce a clickable anchor in your reading window).
