When I am using POSIX' utilities (RCS) under MPEX, all the altered
files are now bytestream ascii (BA). (They were FA)
This makes some trouble using MPE editing tools like TDP.
TDP complains about record size.

I barely cope using the MPEX' commands
    'edit !FILE, keep !FILE,unn'
and 'altfile !FILE, fixed, rec=-88'

But I guess someone of you have better methods, and would share it
with me? ;-)

Any other pointers, links and tips regarding POSIX/RCS/CVS and MPE,
are also appreciated!

PS: MPE/iX 5.5
