If that happens, I would hope that any 3rd parties providing that kind of
support would tell HP to take a running jump, and refuse to do business with
them.  (It would also be nice, assuming there are any HP employees with 3000
experience left by that time, if they would "forget" anything they knew about
supporting the 3000.)

... Will be if HP still uses OMS / TIGER / PIM / HEART / EOC and so on after
tthey stop Hardware and Software support

    - and HP *has* to contract with 3rd parties to support all the HP3000s
they run on.
