I wanted to let the list know that the problem I had with not being able to
restore any files has been resolved. Thanks to all the people who responded
to me, especially to the ones who suggested I take a close look at the
system in question versus the other 34 systems we have that is different.
When I looked at the hpswinfo file I noticed that they had missed one of the
patches that everyone else had, MPEKXK7. Reinstalling this patch not only
corrected the restore problem but also fixed another problem we were having
with the system variable HPSPOOLID not showing up.
