I created /usr/local/bin via:
 
   :sh.hpbin.sys -L
   mkdir /usr                 (usually not necessary)
   mkdir /usr/local
   mkdir /usr/local/bin

I was playing around with an earlier version, and got it to run.  I used
a sendmail.cf file from somewhere, and now cannot find it (sorry).
