Keep in mind that CM KSAM files appear full when they are not. The EOF is at
the index pointer. If you have a KSAM file with a LIMIT of 100 and an EOF of
99 you can only enter one more record. If records 1/98 have been deleted you
can still only enter one record but when you FCOPY the KSAM file to a HOLD
file the HOLD file will have only 1 record in it. If space is a problem and
you don't want to make the KSAM file larger you need only erase the KSAM
file in KSAMUTIL and FCOPY the HOLD file back to the KSAM file. The KSAM
file will still have a LIMIT of 100 but the EOF will be 1.
