I was one who complained, along with other and this is the reply I just
received (minus the cc's)

Hello,

If your name was attached to this letter you have recently submitted
a spam complaint to SplitInfinity and/or its upstream providers in
relationship to "thesexysite.com" or "PowerGirlz.com".

SplitInfinity Networks does not condone spam practices and it is
against our Acceptable Usage policy.

In our policy, we have a three stikes approach to dealing with spam
complaints.

Strike 1 - Account suspension for 24 hours. This 24 hours of suspension
begins when the spam complaints are received and is continually
restarted
as complaints come in. Once the spam complaints stop arriving, there is
a 24 hour "silence" period with the site in non-operational form.

Strike 2 - 48 Hour Suspension as in Strike 1 but this time, the site
owner
must sign a document stating that this will never happen again or we may

file suit against the account holder to recover damages and/or report
the incident to federal, state and local trade comission agencies.

Strike 3 - Complete account termination upon notice. At this point, we
will cancel the users account with extreme prejudice and possibly
(depending on the severity of the abuse) attempt to recover damages.

This account has never had any problems prior to this email issue.
This will be listed as Strike-1 on this account holders records.
The user has been with us for over 1 year with no problems at all.
We sincerely apologize on behalf of this user for his mistake in
experimenting with mass email advertising.

If you are in another country, please help by telling your system
administrators to fight spam! We have seen all too many cases
where spam is acceptable in other countries, so when the users
host in the USA, they think it is ok here too. Spam is 100%
unacceptable on 99% of US networks and most other countries as well.
We look forward to the day which other networks stop the "selling"
of bulk email advertising services. If you ever see the term
"Opt-In" advertising, seriously question the tactics used to
collect the names.

Sincerely,

Chris Jester
