Our co. has several 3Ks in the US and one in Italy.  We intend to homestead for as long as is feasible.  Our challenge is finding hw and/or sw support for our Italian site.  Actually, even with HP, getting good support in Italy has been a challenge.  Oops, <rant on> and <rant off>.  

I've searched the archives, but only found OT threads related to Europe.  Is there someone who could educate me on the availability of HP support in and around Italy?  Actually, anywhere in Europe would be acceptable if we could stock a spares on consignment.
