Forgot some....

Remember the recent discussion of renumbering view forms and how doing it
interactively can mess up something ?  Count me as among the victims, once,
long ago.  Any chance of a fix ?

I have long wished the 'allow' command could be persistent.  Should we all ask
for an enhancement or just ask if Paul has posted the allow cmd files he
mentioned last month?

On our networked line printer, getting forms re-aligned after a paper jam, and
re-starting printing at the right place seems awfully clunky compared to how
things were with hp-ib & serial line printers.  Also clunky compared to
anything that has ever come up with our networked lasers.  If there anyhing
that can be done on the MPE side to inprove things ?
