Visual trace route?

I actually do try to chase down who's sending us viral email, with relative
success. I've been told that this is impossible, but I don't let that stop
me. Whois, ping, traceroute, and scanning email logs for legitimate email
from the same IP address usually get me there. Notifying the responsible
admin usually results in complete relief, usually in one to two days.

But there are those few IP addresses that stump me. Anything that helps me
find the owner of an IP address could prove helpful.
