This may be a bit inconsequential in the greater scheme of things, but some
times it's the little things that mean alot.

It was recently brought to my attention that formatting URLs with angle
brackets <> actually prevents easy access to the named site. This is
ironic, since my intent was to make access *easier*. I based this on
the PDF documentation for Eudora Lite, at

        <http://www.eudora.com/eudoralite#download>
or http://www.eudora.com/eudoralite#download

A third format, which I became aware of just this morning, includes an
extra space on each side, as in

(I don't know the benefits of this, but as the msg was indirectly from
Lew Platt, I figured it was worth a mention. :)

So the question is:

Should angle brackets <> be used when formatting URLs for the List?

        a) Yes, no spaces
        b) Yes, with spaces
        c) No
        d) I don't care
        e) Get a life ;)

Given the potential backlog of email over the holidays, I'll take answers
through Thursday, and post the results on Friday. (Please vote for only
ONE of the above. ;)
