That one thing I found while investigating outsourcing of
migration work to India. While India produces a lot of UNIX
software, MPE never had a very strong installation.
The bottom line was that it doesn't matter how cheap

Yosef, I knew this when I was maybe 7.... but my memory has become vague and
I doubt that current 7 year olds are watching Lone Ranger re-runs.  I think
the quotation has acquired something of a life of it's own.
