Hello ONE more time, all IMAGE users that have not
yet voted on the '99 SIGIMAGE Enhancement Ballot:

This is your last reminder that the cutoff date / time for users
to submit 1999 Ballots is 17:00 EST Monday 29 March '99...
which means that as of right now any and all procrastinators
have just UNDER ONE WEEK to register their vote and make
their input count.  Ballot webmeister Joe Geiser has done a lot
of work to make voting as quick and painless as possible.

As of Monday afternoon 22 March a total of 148 IMAGE users
have done their civic duty and visited the above polling booth.
That is a good start, but still *way* short of Joe's goal of 300.
Given the readership total for 3000-L, obviously we are still
MISSING A LARGE NUMBER OF IMAGE USERS !!

Those that are still missing in action, please take the time
this week to visit the above URL, cast you ballot, and help
SIGIMAGE prioritize the 60 items on the ballot this year....
