Ignore any jazz references to MOVER.  Some time ago, Jeff repackaged all of the
jazz MOVER archives as tar archives and/or :STORE-to-disk files.  So now you
just un-tar or :RESTORE depending on which archive flavor you downloaded.

Apparently there are still some references to MOVER within explanatory text
that escaped Jeff's earlier pass.  But AFAIK none of the software download
links should be pointing to MOVER archives anymore.
