Thanks Stan, that seemed to do the trick and we are working again.  The
changes we made were to 1) specify an explicit blocking factor and 2)
change $CONTROL FORCEJUMBO to $CONTROL JUMBO.  The weird thing (to us,
anyway) was that when we built the database with only that one database,
it worked - defaulting the blocking factor to 40.  When we build it with
all the datasets it works for all the previous ones, including ones with
greater capacities, that are identical.  Why would it treat the datasets
differently?
