CI Error 1476 is

Since this is just a warning the job most likely was submitted. The
program/utility that submitted the job is reporting an error.

Check the !JOB card in the file that the user is streaming and remove the
account password. Or, if the user is being prompted for passwords by a job
streaming utility, advise them not to enter an account password.
