If I recall correctly, SA 1457 is a generic error. It can be caused by many things.
1457
MESSAGE
A system process is being terminated due to a trap.
I searched my archives and found this patch. This one is from 6.5.

SYSTEM ABORT 1457 DURING APPC START ON 6.5 MPE/IX
I am curious if you have considered what changed since the last boot or Network start, that may have caused this new behavior?
Are you fully patched?
