Guy,
  While I lived in the Pacific Northwest, my family took
a trip to the area.  One of the places where they allow
public digging is actually a hill directly behind one
of the town's schools.  I can't recall if we actually
came across anything, but it was a good time nevertheless.

Just this morning, one of my fellow Toastmasters mentioned a trip to John
Day (the town) in North Central Oregon.  They have a fairly well known
fossil bed there.  Where do these remains of dinosaurs fit into the Biblical
picture?
