Last week I posted a question about our new LPQ1000 and it's creeping
TOF. Thank you all that replied with possible suggestions. The problem
was fixed today when HP replaced the FormFeed step motor (on the right
side of the tractor assembly).

The new motor solved the problem. Apparently the one that shipped with
the printer (only 1 week old) was defective.

Finally we get to work with the new printer, getting used to it before
we retire the 2564B.
