beneficial.

As a couple of folks have mentioned, it's in Chapter 6 if the TurboImage
manual, the MPE 5.5 version of which can be found at
http://docs.hp.com/cgi-bin/doc3k/B3039190010.17091/48 (but the C example is
oddly split between pages) and the MPE 6.0 version is at
http://docs.hp.com/dynaweb/smpe/b1019/b840/@Generic__BookTextView/17951 (with a
newer user interface to the manual which I find to be less functional, but at
least the C example isn't split arbitrarily in two.  ;)

http://docs.hp.com has become a *really* convenient tool for me...  I can't
remember the last time I had to hunt down the Intrinsics manual *again*.  :)
