Ok, I guess now I am confused as well.  I remember reading that one
could upgrade from 95 to 98 or beyond, if your version of 95 was osr2
or later.  I guess the vast majority of 95 boxes have the 16-bit
version of 95 where osr2 and later were 32-bit os's.

Hate to add to the confusion.  Anyone else?
