Cisco IOS NAT and VT-Mgr

I am using Cisco's IOS Network Address Translation for  incoming VT-Mgr
sessions, or trying to use NAT for this purpose.  I cannot get the outside
initiated session to connect, it times out.  I can ping the PC that is
trying to connect from the HP3K.  A trace route from the connecting PC dies
at the router.  Has anyone had any experience with Cisco's NAT and VT-MGR?
Are there any specific things that need to be configured in the router
beyond IP NAT INSIDE SOURCE STATIC XXX XXX?

Also, is there a traceroute equivalent on the HP3000?
