FYI for others who like our site may be planning to go to
MPE 6.5 EXPRESS-PowerPatch 2 in the near future:
In doing final check with the HP RC prior to updating from
5.5 PP6 to 6.5 EXP-PP2, I asked what is latest list if any; of
GR Network and OS patches *beyond* PP 2. In under two
hours I got nice email response (Patch list attached).
We want the FTP patch; don't need FDDI patch; most of the
rest look like they wouldn't be a bad idea (but note RC also
said that with what we are running, they expect we would be
O.K. without ANY of the following).... Since I'm doing SLT
- FOS - SUBSYS - PP anyway, figured might as well add the
reactive patches in same update cycle.
Hopefully my reactive patch tape will be in FedEX tomorrow...
