Is there a way through FTP.ARPA  to add a ";REC=" statement on the GET when
it's a POSIX file ?   The error I get states :

FILE  ./testfileftp2.gz;REC=128,1,V,BINARY;DISC=10000
HFS names not supported by this parameter. (CIERR 192)
