Hi Timothy :)
Sure... Turn off the Token Ring connection to the 3k....... wait 10
minutes... print out a report of the Help Desk Tickets created for not
being able to connect to the 3k....

Viola! you have a list of all the PC's that were still using the Token
Ring for whatever reason :) :)

Art "Hey... it's Friday... what did you expect? hehe" Bahrs
P.S. There is a way to list all the connections - I just can't remember it
... it is in the area where the ping command is located in the network
"console" software...

We are switching from old Token Ring Network to Ethernet. Currently both
networks active on HP3000. We need to figure out if there are any remaining
PC's (sessions) connecting to old TR network because of obsolete hosts
file.

Is there a way to list which network every connection to an HP3000 is
using?
Is this information logged anywhere? Can it be?

HP3000 928
MPE/iX 6.0 PP2 (yes I know we are unsupported OS)

Thanks,

Timothy Atwood
