Friedrich,

I had a similar need using Excel. Programs worked by doing some preliminary processing on the HP, guided by a Reflection macro. Transferring the file from the HP to the local machine, with a known name. Starting Excel, from Reflection, with a specific Excel macro. Terminating Reflection.

All with one button on the desktop to start the process, everything would happen with the windows minimized.

My problem is, that I cannot use macros as recorded in WINWORD to be
executed in my Reflection Basic program. I also opened a call with WRQ, but
as this goes via the local reseller it might take some time until ......

My question, has anybody experience in using WINWORD 97 and REFLECTION and
how can macros be adapted to be used in WRQ BASIC??
