We have several DOS.BAT files that fire off an HP Job so the users can
stream certain jobs when they are finished building their files.  Having to
log in and STREAM thejobname was too complicated, they wanted to just click
on an icon.
YES!--I-KNOW-IT'S-A-BAD-IDEA-BUT-WE-DIDN'T-HAVE-MUCH-SAY-IN-THE-MATTER.

The job then goes and FTP's a file from their server and starts crunching
numbers.

Well the first most obvious problem we warned them about has occurred,
somebody accidentally tried to open the icon, but, of course, won't take
credit for it. The job was fired off before the user was ready and it's of
course, our fault for doing exactly what they told us to do even though we
advised against it.

So, on the WINDOWS side, Can I put a password to the DOS.BAT file so they
can't ACCIDENTALLY stream the darned thing.  I know how to tell WHO streamed
the file now.
