Don,
   What kind of information are you looking for?  If it's a font
listing,
stuff some paper and some toner into the printer, and using the menu
button, locate the
'print fonts' selection.  I''m doing this from memory...I don't have a
4P anywmore :-(  They were
pretty good printers, but the mechanics got a little noisy after 3 years
if you didn't
clean it...

Are you driving this printer from a Windows PC?
