Try something like this

File: SYSUDC.PUB.SYS

SYSLOGON
OPTION LOGON, NOBREAK
   IF FINFO ( "SYSCMD.MYSYS.SYS", "EXISTS" ) THEN
      XEQ SYSCMD.MYSYS.SYS
   ENDIF
********************



Then create a command file SYSCMD.MYSYS (choose your own group name)
and place your MPE commands there.
