First, I've never heard of a sales roundtable, unless they had one in
the late 80s/early 90s when I missed several conferences.  Second,
salescritters are hard to find these days.  Third, you can't score a hit
by voice mail :-)

I must however admit to a recent and most excellent dialogue with a real
live HP sales rep.  Granted it was a regional guy and possibly motivated
by my complaints and criticism, but it happened for whatever reason and
I am pleased for the first time in ages (anyone else had any luck?).
