Let me try to clear it up:
 
   Subsystem Dump:  is a FOS enhancement being introduced in
   Release 5.5.  This enhancement gives MPE the intelligence to
   dump only those portions of the system necessary to debug
   the problem.  These smaller dumps should imply less downtime.
   As part of FOS, you do not need to purchase this enhancement.
 
   Dump to Disk is a component of AutoRestart.  This is a
   purchasable product.  When Release 5.5 comes out, you
   will still have to purchase AutoRestart in order to
   obtain Dump to Disk.  (Dump to Disk is being enhanced to
   use the Subsystem Dump facilities mentioned above.  In other
   words, Dump to Disk will dump only those parts of the system
   that are needed to debug the problem.)
