The information on this listserv is tremedous!

I have, thru sysgen, created 4 ldevs for four IP printers, 81-84.

I created a generic npconfig.pub.sys with:

81    (network_address=111.222.333.441)
82    (network_address=111.222.333.442)
83    (network_address=111.222.333.443)
84    (network_address=333.444.555.1)

(the ip addresses of course being different and correct)

Then I ran doionow and the ldevs show up in showdev. All the info I found to
got me this far, but none of these seem to be activated. The application
that we use asks for a device number but it doesn't accept any of these.

I would like to know how I "activate" these

and what command would I use to change between any to make it the default
printer.
All are HPLJ 4 so I have yet to dive into environment files, but I will need
to in order to add two more.
