Thanks for the insight to this problem. It may not be a bug in BULDACCT,
but it certainly is a shortcoming in functionality in that an AM user
cannot get some output for his or her own account. I would say that when
the LISTACCT SYS;PASS fails, BULDACCT should create the job streams
BULDJOB1 and BULDJOB2, but without passwords, and let the invoker deal with
the consequences.
