This seems to be saying that #18245 and #12020 are encodings of the IP address
of the guilty party:

46, $2E, %56
:calc $f4
244, $F4, %364

So the IP address might be 71.69.46.244.  If that is an IP address, it must be
a private one, because it doesn't appear to be recognized by my ISP's border
router.
