I've read the faqs but need a little more information: How can you tell if
your system is properly configured for inbound telnet?  What if anything
needs to be done to the SERVICES.NET.SYS file once you've created it from the
SERVSAMP file?  We're trying to connect to a central site running MPE/iX 5.0
on a 957; the connection is from a (small) peer lan over a wan link to the
site.  We can ping the host no problem, but every time we try to connect we
get "Connection Refused by Host."  The manual, needless to say, is at the
distant site and not available.  Can anyone help?
