We (RS Tech) received your email and have a solution.  Please call back (we left
you a message) to discuss (solution may vary depending on your intended use).

[PLUG] once we acquired the Formation product, we sent enhancement surveys to
the customers identified by {prevoius vendor} (your question actually matches
one of the enhancements rquested).
