This is an informal posting for a job opening at Circuit City Stores,
in Richmond VA.

Right now, we are looking for a systems programmer/administrator with
(of course) MPE experience. This job involves supporting,
troubleshooting and maintaining our own "DPS" software (written
in-house), systems maintenance/administration, third-party software
upgrades, system upgrades/patches, upkeep, general house keeping etc.
Languages are mostly Pascal, some C, some SPL. Some popular MPE
software that we have is Vesoft's MPEX & Security 3000, Robelle's
Suprtool, Nobix's Job Resque, OCS Express and Librarian. This is a job
where not only do you do MPE stuff, but it's also expected that you
learn the business, and especially our proprietary DPS software that
was developed at Circuit City. Most of the DPS software is Pascal,
some SPL. Knowledge of SPL is certainly a plus. There would be
on-call duties.

Anyways, let me know if you're interested ...
