Not an IMAGE database tool, but STORE does seem to update the rootfile
of every database stored as of release 5.5 of MPE/iX (does not just seem
to happen with ;ONLINE=START or ;ONLINE=END by the way).

This might cause strange effects when doing partial backups (;DATE=>xxx)
as the rootfiles will be part of every partial as they change with each.
