Thanks to those who responded privately to me about DTC Y2K compliance.  For
those who may have been curious, I have been informed that all DTC's are
year-2000 compliant without requiring any patches, and DTC Manager is
year-2000 compliant as versions A.14.10, A.14.30, and anything >=A.14.40.
