One of our campuses installed a new LJ 1100 printer and now one of the reports
they print is printing the pitch-change escape sequence instead of executing it:

        esc&k2S

This sequence is mentioned in my PCL 5 Comparison Guide, but IS NOT mentioned
in my PCL 5 Printer Language Technical Reference Manual.  Hmmm.

I lack direct access to an LJ 1100.  Does anybody know whether or not
esc&k#S is supported on these printers?
