I just received a new MPE 5.5 CD in Instant Information format.
Current CDs:
  1. HP LaserROM 4.0,4.5,5.5,5.5 Nov 1997 - Part No. 50726-10318
  2. HP Instant Information MPE/iX 5.5 - Part No. 50726-10368
  3. HP Instant Information MPE/iX 6.0 - Part No. 50726-10351

I don't know what the differences in manual contents are for each CD
