While I don't know enough to comment on the working conditions,
compensation, etc. at Mercury Insurance, as a longtime Southern California
resident I can comment on housing prices, traffic and long commutes. Those
factors could possibly have a little something to do with it. They are
certainly things to learn about before you commit to a job here.
