You would use FILE HPPCPORT;DEV=n where n is the port that the PC is
connected to via a serial line.

for a similar application.

If the PC is connected over a network instead of a serial line, don't use
Reflection file transfer.  Run an FTP server on the PC and use FTP.ARPA.SYS.
